divine idylle

I wanted to thank all of you who listen to my radio show on EVR. My listenership and podcast subscribers are growing quite fast, and that's very nice to see. When i started the show, i don't think i realized that i would need 2 hours of new french music every week, but it's been a really great opportunity for me to revisit and also find new french artists. As always, if you have suggestions, you should let me know. We have a lot of new albums to look forward to this year, including new ones from Benjamin Biolay and Vanessa Paradis - both coming out in september. Vanessa's new single Divine Idylle sounds fantastic (love the handclaps!). Check out the video of the making of the album on her site - from the footage, it looks like the first single was written and performed by M, which would explain why the song is so good!

Also, thanks to all of you who have been buying Die Romantik's album on insound, we were at #33 on the top sellers list a couple days ago, how exciting! The album is exclusively onsale at Insound, so i urge you guys to buy it there. And don't forget to vote for Die Romantik to be The Deli band of the month!
