I've been listening to this new-ish new york band White Rabbits for some time, and just received a reminder for the official release of their debut album Fort Nightly, which came out yesterday on Say Hey Records. Though there are definite stand out songs (like the one posted below), the album is really solid and quite varied overall. Each song has its own tone and flair, which makes it nearly impossible to attach one style to this band. Highly recommended.

In other news that seems a bit old now, Interpol is releasing their third album Our love to admire on July 10th. The good news is that i love the first single and very much hope that the rest of the record will not disappoint. The band has announced a tour, though no new york date yet...
