The mercury lounge is host of a great line up tonight, starting with local ukelele singer songwriter Michael Leviton (who actually won a contest to open the show) followed by two great acts: Brookville and headliners Tahiti 80, who are here from France promoting the US release of their new(ish) album Fosbury. I've actually never seen Tahiti 80 live, so i'm quite excited for tonight's show. Stereogum recently posted a cover they recorded of The Turtles' Happy Together. And if you don't own it already, you should buy the first album Puzzle, which has Heartbeat, one of the band's best tracks.

Right after the show, we, ladies from Le One Night Stand, will DJ the afterparty with the boys of Tahiti 80 at LUV 24/7... it's open to anyone, so come out and have some pre-thanksgiving fun with us.
