god is going to get sick of me

Today ABERDEEN CITY is shooting a video for their single God is going to get sick of me. The guys of Wormseye are directing the video, so we're hosting a little wrap party for the band, crew and friends tonight at Pizza Bar. Everyone's welcome to come out and celebrate with the band, there's no cover. Adam Wormseye and myself will be playing a nice little mix of tunes, while you drink and eat delicious treats. Party starts at 10pm.
Pizza Bar is located at 49 9th Avenue between 14th and 15th street.

Over the weekend i saw Lansing-Dreiden play at Don Hill's. I'm a fan of the recordings, and i went in there knowing that the band on stage wasn't the band who recorded the songs. It was very different than what i expected - more funk, less darkness. Overall, i enjoyed some of the songs, but i don't think this live act does the albums justice.
Saturday, i went to Northsix to catch The 5 O'Clock Heroes who never disappoint on stage. Their songs are so infectious that i'm still humming them three days later, serious. They were opening for Har Mar Superstar whose music i actually had never even heard before... all i can say is that Sean is a great vocalist and such a fun performer. His music isn't really my thing, but i'm glad i got to see what the british kids are crazy about. Also, i haven't heard them yet, but Sean has another band called Sean Na Na, who are currently playing some dates with The Strokes.
