I won't be updating much for the next 4 days (if at all)... taking a little vacation before next week (and the rest of summer) hits me hard with shows, festivals and DJ gigs! There's some great stuff happening this summer...

Don't forget to come to Rothko on sunday afternoon starting at 2pm for the ALL ages matinee shows featuring lots of young bands!

better version of me

:: Donewaiting has another new Fiona leaked track for download from her hopefully forthcoming Extraordinary Machine album. The song is called Better version of me and is a mind-blower. Also check out fionahaswings message board, as more tracks will leak, they'll probably be the first to post them.

:: The GoStation at the mercury on saturday was great fun! The band's been playing around for a while and are growing a really impressive fanbase. They recorded two new tracks in the studio that are well worth checking out.

:: Slow hands will be the first Interpol single.

:: Local kick-ass duo Mommy and Daddy have a brand new sparkling web site!

:: Jasper took great photos of Surefire over the weekend, they're on Jasper's homepage.
